Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various hotel systems and equipment. Tasks will include performing routine inspections, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring all equipment meets safety and operational standards. The Technician will work closely with other hotel staff to promptly address and resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Technical proficiency in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience in routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hotel staff and communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of safety and operational standards for hotel equipment
  • Relevant certifications or technical training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems is a plus
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
