What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems and processes to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Coordinate with the transportation team to ensure the timely delivery of orders to customers
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage and develop a team of warehouse associates, providing training, coaching and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Analyse warehouse performance data and provide regular reports to senior management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient in using warehouse management software and data analysis tools
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8, RM9,000.00 per month
