About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team at MN EASY SDN BHD. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. This role is based in our office in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients
  2. Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your client accounts
  3. Providing timely and effective support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic account plans
  5. Regularly reporting on account performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions
  6. Participating in industry events, networking activities and other marketing initiatives to expand the company's reach

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar account management or sales role, preferably within the Sales industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts
  4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations
  5. Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently
  6. Familiarity with Account & Relationship Management processes and best practices
