Are you an exceptionally organized Office Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment? Our Digital Dental laboratory— a well-established and growing company — is seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented professional to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of office administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor documents meticulously, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely filing.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with internal departments and external partners to drive tasks to completion.
- Prepare and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency required).
- Support accounting operations with SQL-based accounting system entries and reconciliations.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English for both written and verbal correspondences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of office administration experience.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Working knowledge of SQL Accounting systems.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- High attention to detail, proactive follow-up skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
