You'll be working with
cutting-edge mainframe technologies

card authorization and transaction systems

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    Mainframe-based card applications (Cardlink)
    .
  • Perform analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and system enhancement using
    COBOL, CICS, Easytrieve, and JCL
    .
  • Support
    Service Delivery QA
    to ensure robust, high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with
    business analysts, QA teams, and production support
    to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with
    SDLC and change management
    standards.
  • Provide technical support during
    testing, implementation, and production releases
    .
  • Document technical processes and contribute to
    continuous improvement initiatives
    .

What You'll Bring

  • 2 to 5 years' experience in
    Mainframe Development
    .
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in
    COBOL/CICS programming
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    VSAM, Sequential Datasets, JCL
    , and
    Easytrieve
    .
  • Experience in
    Cardlink or card-based banking systems
    (credit/debit card platforms, transaction processing, etc.).
  • Familiarity with
    SDLC, QA frameworks, and change management tools
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Team player with a proactive, quality-driven mindset.
