Job Summary:
XPEL Malaysia is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily operations at Glenmarie. The role involves preparing quotations, invoices, receipts, and assisting the sales and operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotation, invoice, and receipt for customers.
- Assist in sales documentation and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and other administrative documents.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and assist walk-in customers with documentation.
- Support management and other departments in daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Organized, accurate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in preparing quotations and invoices is an advantage.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
