Job Summary

You will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts to ensure the continuous growth and development of our employees and will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage the full recruitment cycle that align with company goals.

What will you Do ?

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Lead a cohesive recruiting operation to attract top-tier diverse talent across all functional areas and in all geographic locations with laser focus on employer branding, sourcing, social media, initiatives, campus recruiting, employee referral programs, back and front end systems/tools and vendor management.
  • Establish a new strategic capability within HR that introduces new processes, workflows, and technology to support the organization.
  • Manage the Employee Referral Program, including payment requests to payroll.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment metrics.

Your Skills

  • At least Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field (desirable).
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Executive / experience in HR (Talent Development, L&D and Acquisition).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with various sourcing channels, including social media and job boards.
  • Must be willing to be based in Penang.
