We are looking for a Senior Event Executive in Event Management who is passionate about managing all types of projects from end-to-end, including responding to briefs, budgeting, planning, creating presentations and reports and working with our clients to ensure they have the best outcome possible for their events or online programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective project administrative support to all event and advertising
  • Monitor project timelines and progress.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate the project and liaise with client
  • Establish contact with exhibitor and ensure all requirements are met with efficient delivery of order
  • Liaise with the vendor/ supplier on the site workability and construction details
  • Work on ad hoc, creative, fast, organize and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast-paced environment
  • Review and monitor project progress and identify room for improvements
  • Liaise & maintain good relationship with customers
  • Present the project proposal including its costing details and proposed design
  • Ensure all data are properly documented and filed
  • Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Identify potential risks to project success, develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Plan and coordinate logistical aspects of events, including transportation and venue logistics
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members
  • Integrate social media and marketing strategies into event promotion
  • Proactively identify and address issues that may arise during projects
  • Be flexible and responsive to additional tasks as assigned by management
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks if required by the Management.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate event planning, management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in coordinating and executing large-scale events.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management for events.
  • Adapt at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Other Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
  • Availability to travel for on-site event coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
