About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Admin to join our dynamic team at KEE HUA' in Kota Padawan, Sarawak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our financial processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
  • Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner
  • Preparing and reconciling bank statements and other financial reports
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
  • Providing support to the accounting team and management as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
  • Performing other administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably in a small business or accounting firm environment
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, as well as proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
