Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Trainer based in Shah Alam. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing personalized fitness training, developing tailored workout plans, and offering guidance on nutrition and overall physical fitness. Key daily tasks include conducting circuit training sessions, coaching clients in sports-related activities, and motivating members to achieve their fitness goals. The role requires delivering a high standard of customer service and fostering a supportive, results-oriented gym environment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
  • Experience in Nutrition and developing tailored diet plans
  • Skills in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching
  • Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and engage with clients
  • Relevant certifications in fitness, health, or personal training
  • CPR/AED certification is a plus
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
