Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and take the extra mile to engage customers according to company's communication procedures, guideline and policies.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to generate sales leads.
  • Provide accurate and complete information on the products assortment to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution to achieve customers' satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Achieve personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Other relevant task as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Prerequisites

  • No working experience are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven inside sales experience with track record of achieving KPIs.
  • Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent.
  • Proficient in English, spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
