Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker) who is able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English, with the ability to read and understand Traditional Chinese. Candidates who can speak Cantonese will be given added advantage.

This role involves handling customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
  • Understand and communicate using Traditional Chinese when handling messages, chats, or documents.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about company products, services, or policies.
  • Record, update, and follow up on customer cases using the internal CRM system.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain excellent service standards, ensuring positive customer experiences at all times.
  • Work on rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM in any field.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Able to read and understand Traditional Chinese.
  • Cantonese-speaking candidates will have an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work 24-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email, chat, and CRM tools.
