Job Description

Sales Execution and Team Collaboration

  • Responsible for achieving individual sales target while actively contributing to the overall success of the GLC team.
  • Work closely with the GLC Team Lead to support key sales initiatives and coordinate activities that drive team performance.

Distributor and Client Support

  • Assist in ensuring timely collection from distributors to meet performance targets and minimize bad debts.
  • Help and provide support in resolving any issues and keeping sales and delivery on track.

Developer and Architect Engagement

  • Proactively updating architects, interior designers (IDs), and developers on new product launches, conduct product presentation, technical briefing, gallery and facilities visits.
  • Aggressive follow up on ongoing and new projects with developers and architects, ensuring regular updates and communication.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Quick respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Provide support in handling customer complaints, ensuring that issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
  • Uphold professionalism when addressing customer concerns regarding product quality and delivery.

Brand and Product Support

  • Provide support and educate distributors, developers, and architects on new products and technical details.
  • Assist in the implementation of promotional and publicity programs to enhance brand visibility.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Communicate and work effectively as part of the GLC team and collaborate with other departments — including the Central & Regional sales team, and internal cross department — to ensure smooth execution and alignment with company objectives.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and providing relevant information to support internal alignment.

CRM and Reporting

  • Support in preparing sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM Pipelines, ensuring all new leads covert to pipeline and sales activities are properly recorded.

Other Duties

  • Provide general assistance to the GLC Head and team as required.
  • Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Central Projects to support the team's objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to take initiative and assist in various tasks to support the team.
  • A positive attitude with a customer-centric mindset.
  • This position is based in PJ and may involve occasional travel within the central region.
  • Willing to work beyond regular hours to meet project deadlines (e.g., tenders).
  • Able to prepare and transport sample boards for presentations and project submissions. May be required to attend or visit construction sites.
  • Willing to work on weekends to support company sales activities (e.g., roadshows).
