BRANCH MANAGER
The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations, sales, and profitability of the aluminium trading branch. This role includes managing staff, developing business strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the aluminium market, and a proven track record in sales and management.
Key Responsibilities;
1. Operational Management:
- Oversee branch operations, including inventory management, logistics, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure efficient and effective branch processes to optimize productivity and customer service.
2. Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
3.Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop branch staff to build a high-performing team.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
5. Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement customer service standards and measure performance against those standards.
- Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, management, or a related role within the aluminium trading industry.
- Strong understanding of the aluminium market, including supply chain and logistics.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Proficiency in using business management software and tools.
Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin will be given preference.
SALES EXECUTIVE
Job responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and provide product knowledge
- Identify new partnership opportunities
- Maintain a proactive relationship with existing clients
- Meet targeted sales objectives
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales report
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the aluminum
industry is preferred - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
- Possess own transportation
- Knowledge of the aluminum industry and products are preferred
