Primary Coordination Activities
Bidding Process Support
Assist in preparing and organizing tender documents and bid packages
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding bid submissions
- Track bid deadlines and ensure timely submissions
- Support bid evaluation processes by organizing documentation
Document Management & Compilation
Compile and organize procurement-related documents and contracts
- Maintain vendor databases and contact information
- Prepare presentation materials and reports for internal meetings
- Update and maintain procurement tracking spreadsheets and databases
Administrative Support
Schedule and coordinate meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Assist in vendor registration and qualification processes
- Support contract administration activities
- Handle routine correspondence and communications
- Conduct market research on potential suppliers and service providers
- Assist in vendor performance evaluation and reporting
- Support cost analysis and benchmarking activities

Educational Background
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Business Administration/Management, International Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
