Job Scope & Responsibilities
Primary Coordination Activities
  • Bidding Process Support

  • Assist in preparing and organizing tender documents and bid packages

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding bid submissions
  • Track bid deadlines and ensure timely submissions
  • Support bid evaluation processes by organizing documentation
  • Document Management & Compilation

  • Compile and organize procurement-related documents and contracts

  • Maintain vendor databases and contact information
  • Prepare presentation materials and reports for internal meetings
  • Update and maintain procurement tracking spreadsheets and databases
  • Administrative Support

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders

  • Assist in vendor registration and qualification processes
  • Support contract administration activities
  • Handle routine correspondence and communications
Research & Analysis Support
  • Conduct market research on potential suppliers and service providers
  • Assist in vendor performance evaluation and reporting
  • Support cost analysis and benchmarking activities
