Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and target customer segments across Malaysia.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to grow market share and enhance brand visibility.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, contractors, architects, and interior designers.

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnership opportunities to strengthen market presence and expand sales channels.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of prospective clients and projects.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.

  • Convert leads into sustainable, long-term business relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Prepare competitive pricing proposals and quotations aligned with company profitability targets.

  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements in compliance with organizational policies and standards

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement localized promotional campaigns and initiatives.

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand recognition and market presence.

  • Deliver exceptional after-sales service and ensure timely follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

  • Accurately track and manage customer interactions, opportunities, and sales performance through CRM systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or market expansion, preferably in the home improvement, construction materials, curtain track, or window/door systems industry.

  • Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in Malay (written and spoken) preferred.

  • Self-driven, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

  • Willingness to travel locally as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
