Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day‑to‑day accounting operations.
  • Process supplier/vendor invoices, verify and reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare and submit e-invoices / SST / tax-related documents (as applicable).
  • Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing tasks.
  • Support preparation of financial reports, schedules, and analyses for management.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties (vendors, clients) on accounting matters.
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor or management.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ideally 1–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting (fresh graduates may be considered depending on strength).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (i.e. AutoCount Accounting) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and standards.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High integrity, reliability, and willingness to learn.
