We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Regional Manager (Malaysia) to oversee our operations, lead a growing local team, and ensure successful execution of client projects — social media content marketing and brand strategy execution.

With the support from head office in China, this role will serve as the key bridge between headquarters in China, Malaysian teams, and Malaysian clients, driving both project delivery excellence and new business development.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责

  1. Project Leadership & Execution | 项目统筹与执行管理

  2. Oversee end-to-end planning, implementation, and performance of all projects in Malaysia.

  3. Coordinate with headquarters and local partners to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
  4. Monitor project budgets, outcomes, and overall alignment with business and brand goals.

  5. Social Media & Marketing Operations | 社交媒体与内容运营管理

  6. Develop and implement annual content and social media strategies across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).

  7. Supervise the content team to ensure creativity, relevance, and audience engagement.
  8. Analyse campaign data to improve performance and guide future planning.

  9. Advertising & Creative Coordination | 广告与创意统筹

  10. Manage production of marketing materials, digital ads, and promotional campaigns.

  11. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video teams to ensure brand consistency.
  12. Ensure efficient coordination of creative assets and campaign rollouts.

  13. Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration | 团队管理与跨部门协作

  14. Lead and mentor a local team of 3–5 staff, defining roles and performance goals.

  15. Build effective workflows between headquarters and local teams.
  16. Take partial account management responsibility to ensure smooth client communication.

  18. Identify and secure new clients in Malaysia across marketing, branding, and digital sectors.

  19. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
  20. Expand local partnerships and strengthen market presence.

Requirements | 任职要求

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in project management, client servicing, or marketing roles (agency background preferred).
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia; excellent intercultural communication ability.
  • In-depth understanding of digital and social media ecosystems (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Highly organised, responsible, and able to multitask under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications | 加分项

  • Experience in brand strategy or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with both Malaysian and Chinese markets.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, social media dashboards, etc.).
