Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior PMO. The Junior PMO will assist with day-to-day project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. They will support the program management office through effective communication, ensuring projects are aligned with organizational goals and completed on time. The Junior PMO will also be responsible for analytical tasks to support project decision-making and monitoring processes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist Project Managers in project planning, coordination, and reporting.


• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.


• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.


• Support governance and compliance processes for project execution.


• Facilitate project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.


• Maintain project management documents and repositories (e.g. Onedrive, SharePoint, Excel).


• Coordinate communication among project stakeholders.


• Provide administrative and analytical support to the PMO team.

Requirements
:


• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.


• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.


• Basic understanding of project management processes or exposure to PM tools.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Good communication and teamwork abilities.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.


• Knowledge or certification in AWS Cloud is an added advantage.


• Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor
