Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Controller, located in Penang, Malaysia. The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring and controlling project costs, preparing cost reports, providing financial analysis, and assisting with budgetary planning. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing cost management processes, analyzing financial data, maintaining financial records, and ensuring cost efficiency. The Cost Controller will also collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely cost control and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Cost Control, Cost Accounting, and Cost Management
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in Finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
