Tanggungjawab
Mengendalikan tugasan pentadbiran harian seperti pemfailan, penyusunan dokumen, surat-menyurat dan urusan pejabat
Menyediakan dan menyemak invois, resit bayaran, dan baucar perbelanjaan
Membantu dalam penyediaan penyata kewangan ringkas dan rekod akaun bulanan
Menyemak dan merekod transaksi tunai, bank dan perbelanjaan syarikat
Mengurus pembayaran kepada pembekal dan kutipan daripada pelanggan
Menyediakan laporan ringkas berkaitan jualan dan belanja syarikat
Berurusan dengan pihak luar seperti pelanggan, pembekal, bank dan agensi kerajaan jika diperlukan
Membantu dalam pengurusan stok dan inventori (jika berkaitan)
Mengendalikan sistem dan perisian berkaitan akaun dan pentadbiran (contoh: SQL, UBS, AutoCount, dll.)
Menyokong pengurusan sumber manusia seperti cuti, gaji dan rekod kehadiran (jika perlu)
Menyediakan dokumen untuk audit, percukaian, atau keperluan laporan tahunan
Melaksanakan sebarang tugas tambahan yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa
Kelayakan:
Minimum SPM / Diploma dalam bidang berkaitan (Perakaunan / Pentadbiran)
Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Pengalaman kerja dalam bidang akaun/pentadbiran adalah satu kelebihan
Boleh bekerja di bawah pengawasan minimum dan menepati masa
Mempunyai sikap positif, rajin dan teliti
