  1. Support the implementation and enforcement of the company's IR policies and procedures.
  2. Handle employee disciplinary matters and grievances through a fair disciplinary approach, in line with company policies.
  3. Conduct investigation into alleged misconduct, including fact finding, interviews, documentation and report preparations for further action or Domestic Inquiry.
  4. Assist in organizing and facilitating Domestic Inquiry proceedings, including preparing documents, coordinating panel members and ensuring due process is followed including note taker during the Domestic Inquiry.
  5. Record and update disciplinary actions in employee profiles accurately and confidentiality for audit and reference purposes.
  6. Monitor employee attendance and punctuality and initiate appropriate disciplinary action for repeated tardiness or absenteeism.
  7. Coordinate and conduct briefings or training session for employees and line managers to ensure understanding of IR practices and Employee Handbook.
  8. Liaise with relevant government department such as Department of Labour and IR or other regulatory bodies on matters related to employment dispute or compliance.
  9. Support the administration of employee conflict of interest declarations, ensuring proper filing, tracking and follow up where necessary.
  10. Perform ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned by the superior/management as well from the holding company in Japan from time to time.
