Job Requirements

  • Any working experience in Property Development in doing Contract Management or Personal Assistant function would be of advantage.
  • Excellent communication & written skills and attention to details. Able to converse in mandarin would be of advantage.
  • Willing to learn on new things quick- Chat GPT very important to keep up to date.
  • Open to all Fresh Grads who are willing to work in Setia Alam (minimum travelling required).

Job Responsibilities

  • To assist project teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies;
  • To assist in managing contractual relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants;
  • To coordinate with legal counsel on complex legal issues and dispute resolution;
  • To oversee claims management, contract amendments, and change orders;
  • To develop and implement contract management best practices and systems;
  • To be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and correspondence for the GM for Project;
  • To handle confidential correspondence, documents, and communications with discretion;
  • To organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items;
  • To draft reports, presentations, and proposals as needed;
  • To coordinate with internal departments to gather information for decision-making;
  • To contact vendors and comparing quotations;
