Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with drivers to confirm trip details and track their progress.
  • Update accurate records of driver schedules and overtime.
  • Handle all transport-related paperwork, including receipts for diesel and tolls.
  • Prepare trip reports and assist with part-time driver salary calculations.
  • Process claims form for vehicle maintenance and other expenses.
  • Assist with other basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistic, or any related field.
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel
  • Good organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
