Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Customer Service Executive will address inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient communication. Key tasks include managing incoming customer communications, maintaining service records, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. The role requires close collaboration with other teams to ensure timely resolution and service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Customer Service, Customer Support, and achieving Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Experience in Customer Service Management and handling escalated issues effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in retail, financial services, or customer-facing roles is a plus
