As we expand across Malaysia, we're looking for a Field Sales Representative to strengthen our retail presence and build strong relationships with store partners across the East Coast region.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Visit and manage retailers within the assigned territory to maintain strong relationships.
  2. Identify and onboard new retailers to expand Dotmod's retail network and market reach.
  3. Promote and educate retailers on Dotmod's products, new launches, and promotional campaigns.
  4. Provide after-sales support and assist in solving product or customer issues promptly.
  5. Monitor market activity including competitor products, promotions, and pricing.
  6. Ensure brand visibility by maintaining proper product display and merchandising standards.
  7. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives.
  8. Submit weekly visit and performance reports to the management team.

Requirements

  • Based in East Coast region (Kelantan, Terengganu, or Pahang).
  • Possess own transport (car or motorcycle).
  • Willing to travel within and occasionally outside the base area.
  • Sales experience preferred, especially in FMCG or vape-related industries (training provided).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

Details

Basic Salary : RM1,700

Monthly Allowance : RM300 (for toll & petrol within base)

Commission : Based on individual sales performance

Outstation Claims : Accommodation, petrol, and tolls covered
