Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor project-specific QAQC plans and procedures.
  • Review and ensure all works comply with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and related quality documentation.

Material & Workmanship Inspection

  • Inspect materials delivered to site for compliance with approved samples and specifications.
  • Conduct inspections on structural, architectural, and M&E works with consultants or clients.
  • Verify test results and coordinate with the lab for material testing requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain all quality-related documentation including inspection requests, test reports, NCRs, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare QAQC reports and submit to management and clients.
  • Track and close out all non-conformances within defined timeframes.

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams on quality issues and inspection schedules.
  • Support the QAQC Manager in internal and external audits.
  • Provide quality-related technical advice to construction teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify recurring quality issues and propose preventive measures.
  • Support training and awareness programs on quality procedures.
  • Participate in review meetings and propose corrective actions to improve overall quality performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
