Responsible for the specific execution and verification of overseas data center testing and acceptance in Southeast Asia, assisting in the certification, progress management, and quality control of various testing projects. Main responsibilities include:

  1. On-site testing management and coordination for Southeast Asia projects

  2. Oversee and manage the work execution of suppliers and third-party testing units on-site;

  3. Supervise the implementation of the testing plan to ensure that the test content fully covers the technical requirements and contractual agreements;
  4. Coordinate resources to resolve unexpected on-site issues and facilitate rapid problem identification and resolution;

  5. Ensure that the testing process complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and customer delivery requirements to guarantee the project's successful acceptance.

  6. Factory Acceptance and Quality Control for Large-Scale Projects

  7. Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of key equipment/systems and execute the checklist according to standard procedures;

  8. Conduct on-site verification of key quality control points (such as electrical safety, structural reliability, thermal management performance, etc.);
  9. Quality control during project implementation: On-site inspections based on the key checklist to identify project risks in advance and track closure.

  10. Assist in reviewing the technical documents submitted by suppliers (such as BOMs, drawings, test reports, compliance certificates, etc.) to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

  11. Work location and time:

  12. Business trips are expected to account for 30%-70% of the work time, depending on the actual needs of the project. The main business trips will be to relevant countries in Southeast Asia.

Comprehensive Quality:

  • Educational requirement: Bachelor's degree or above (this requirement may be relaxed for outstanding candidates)
  • Professional Requirements: Applicants should have a background in electrical engineering (both high-voltage and low-voltage), HVAC, or other related electromechanical fields, with at least 3 years of industry experience. Experience in data center operations is preferred (experience in testing and verification is a plus). Applicants must be familiar with testing and verification processes and data center systems (electrical, HVAC, low-voltage, and fire protection). They should also be able to review test plans, test schemes, and test reports.
  • Familiar with the progress, quality, and safety aspects of testing and verification projects, and possess good EHS awareness and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong teamwork spirit, responsible work attitude, independent judgment, proactive learning ability, and team spirit;
  • Possess certain experience and ability in test project management; PMP certification is preferred.
  • Possesses a certain level of stress resistance and can accept extended business trips.
