Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Specialist (Pharmacy Channel) based in Petaling Jaya with some work-from-home flexibility. The Key Account Specialist will manage and grow key accounts within the pharmacy channel, develop sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and managing promotions and product listings.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Account Management, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in developing Sales Strategies and conducting Market Research
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Target Achievement
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Knowledge of the pharmacy channel in FMCG industry and retail channel dynamics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
