Job Scope:
- Provide administrative and clerical support.
- Manage and record tasks systematically.
- Maintain an orderly filing system.
- Prepare documents.
- Perform ad hoc analyses/tasks when required.
- Stay up to date on company products and services.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
- Proficient in speaking and writing in Mandarin, English, Malay
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to start immediately will be added advantage.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Area / Environment:
- Taman Kempas Utama
