Description
- Offer Professional Wealth Advice - To be part of the leading wealth solutions team in the industry and supported by regional wealth panel. You will be constantly engage with our wealth specialist, sensing the pulse of global economy, and in return offer your professional advice and appropriate financial solutions to our Premier Banking customer, and achieve your revenue target.
- Be Our Premier Banking advocate and acquire New Customer – You will be well involved in event and sales activities in line with the PB business direction and other sales initiatives. By engaging customers and prospects, you will be the ambassador of the bank to share on the benefit and inviting them to be part of the Premier Banking.
- Service - You are expected to proactively engage PB customers to establish a good relationship with customers to achieve a growing customer satisfaction in line with aim to improving over customer engagement score on a consistent manner.
- Compliance – You are to adhere diligently on all documentary and processes procedures and requirement. To ensure no lapses in control requirement and submit reports, both statutory and regulatory on a timely manner. To ensure zero defect in account opening, sales transactions execution, loan submission and others.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years sales or service experience in the Financial or Service industry (e.g. of service are Airline, Telco, Hotel, Tourism)
- Strong understanding of both financial and non-financial markets as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good social networking skills.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- Possesses own transport and willing to travel.
- Preferably multi-lingual.

Financial
- To provide quality wealth advisory services and financial product recommendations to HNW Private Clients.
- To enhance franchise value by cross‐selling appropriate wealth solutions based on advisory based approach.
- To expand the Private Client Franchise by acquiring new High Net Worth (Private Banking level) customers via contacts, referrals and marketing initiatives.
Service
- To provide excellent customer experience to our Private Client customers at all touch points via 3 distinctive service elements ie cared for, excellent and enhanced value.
- To build sustainable relationship with Private Client customers by timely follow‐ups and anticipate customers' needs.
- To proactively engage Private Client customers to achieve continuous customer satisfaction level.
Compliance
- To adhere to all related policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters including processes and procedures.
- To ensure no operational and control lapses.
- To ensure timely submission of both statutory and regulatory reports.
- To ensure adherence and compliance to all sales advisory, processes, and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, in any field, from an accredited university / college.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in financial industry with exposure in client relationship/ frontline role.
- Priority will be given to those with relevant licenses and certification (IPPC, etc); for those with module 12 and 19A is an added advantage.
- Possess strong understanding of both financial and non‐financial markets, as well as excellent.
- Possesses own transport and willing to travel.
- Preferably multi‐lingual.
