Your role encompasses three primary focus areas:

Sales

• Exceed revenue targets and meeting individual KPIs in a fast-moving, competitive sales environment

Candidate management

• Identifying and attracting top-tier candidates aligned with client hiring requirements
• Utilising a variety of sourcing strategies-including job portals, crafting job advertisements, leveraging internal databases, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and headhunting techniques
• Proactively developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to efficiently match candidates with open roles
• Coordinating candidate interviews, ensuring their preparedness, and maintaining consistent communication and feedback throughout the process

Business Development

• Proactively uncovering new business leads by monitoring market trends and industry shifts
• Engaging potential and existing clients through multiple outreach channels such as email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and networking events
• Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships through regular, value-driven interactions
• Gaining a deep understanding of each client's recruitment challenges and goals
• Offering strategic guidance on talent trends, market salary benchmarks, and candidate availability
• Delivering consistently high service standards to your portfolio of clients

What you'll need to succeed (1-3 years of sales experience preferred):

• Highly motivated and sales-driven
• Energized by connecting with new people and seeking out new relationships
• Driven towards achieving results in an environment full of healthy competition
• Inquisitive and curious, always wanting to know more about people and the world of work
• Ambitious to achieve results and progress your career
• Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market
• Consistently generate sales revenue on a monthly basis
