Job Description

Join our firm as an Accounts Assistant, where you'll play an important role in supporting clients and keeping their finances in order.

  • Daily Transactions – Update expenses Invoice, issue payments and receipts accurately into the accounting system, and update Cash Book. Book air-ticket & accommodation for sale person.
  • Reports – Prepare Weekly AR reports, update Oversea petty cash records.
  • Reconciliations – Match bank statements, supplier invoices, and client accounts to ensure records are correct.
  • Documentation – Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for easy reference.
  • Support Role – Assist the superior with simple reports and ad-hoc accounting tasks.
  • Learning Opportunity – Gain practical experience in bookkeeping and exposure to accounting software

Job Requirements

  • Qualification – SPM/O-Level/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Experience – Some accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Personal Traits – Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Team Player – Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work well with colleagues and clients.
