Position Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote and sell our real estate developments. This role will involve creating marketing campaigns, managing sales teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the successful positioning of our properties in the market. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and proven leader with experience in real estate sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for new and ongoing real estate projects.

  • Lead the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective promotion of properties and achievement of sales targets.

  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitor strategies, and industry trends.

  • Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertising campaigns.

  • Organize events, property viewings, and promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns to senior management.

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the sales and marketing strategies align with project timelines and target market preferences.

  • Oversee CRM systems to track leads, customer inquiries, and sales progress.

  • Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing within the real estate development industry.

  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends, customer behavior, and digital marketing techniques.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with marketing platforms, CRM software, and analytics tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
