CR Consultancy Pte Ltd is a business consultancy that provides outsourced services in accounting, tax, corporate secretarial, HR, payroll, and more.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across assigned countries

· Draft and post job advertisements on region-specific platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, MyCareersFuture etc)

· Draft job descriptions

· Source and screen candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach

· Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit

· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain clear communication

· Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring status trackers

· Liaise with candidates from different regions, providing a positive and professional experience

· Work with HR team in coordinating onboarding process for successful hire.

· Provide weekly updates on recruitment progress and highlight any hiring challenges or market trends

· Support ad hoc recruitment tasks or region-specific hiring drives when needed

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field

· Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with regional/multi-country exposure

· Familiarity with hiring practices and job portals across Southeast Asia

· Strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable liaising with stakeholders from different backgrounds

· Proficient in Microsoft Teams (added advantage)

· Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English.

· Applicants must have their own laptop and a stable internet connection. A company-provided laptop is available if applicants are based in Penang, KL, JB, Singapore.
