Sunway Lagoon Club Berhad is looking to hire an Assistant - Sports to provide operational support and customer service in sports and recreation facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for members and visitors, as well as providing support for banquet setting and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, maintain, and dismantle sports equipment and facilities (e.g., nets, dumbbells, tables, and chairs) for sporting and banquet events.
  • Monitor and enforce facility rules to ensure members' safety, discipline, and fair play.
  • Assist in organizing and running sporting, training, and social events, including event logistics and participant coordination.
  • Greet and assist members and guests, providing information on bookings, schedules, and ongoing activities.
  • Perform routine inspections of sports and fitness facilities, reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all sports areas, including courts, gyms, changing rooms, and spectator zones.
  • Handle basic administrative duties such as event registration, equipment check-out, and record-keeping.
  • Provide support to coaches, organizers, and other staff during sports and recreational activities.
  • Respond to injuries or emergencies in accordance with established safety procedures and first-aid protocols.

Qualifications

  • SPM, diploma or equivalent.
