Compensation: Basic Salary + Allowances + Commission


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote company products and services.
  • Manage sales territories in Kelantan, Terengganu, and Pahang.
  • Travel frequently to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer feedback and assist QA in resolving quality issues.
  • Prepare sales performance reports and market analyses.
  • Gather market and competitor information, and propose new product ideas.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
  • Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma in Marketing/Business is an advantage).
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (automotive industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Can speak and write in simple English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Company will provide a vehicle with fuel allowance; willing to travel frequently (East Coast region).
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and 5S is an advantage.

主要职责
  • 开发及维护客户关系,推广公司产品与服务。
  • 负责管理东海岸市场(吉兰丹、登嘉楼、彭亨)。
  • 需经常出差拜访客户,拓展业务机会。
  • 达成销售目标,为公司业绩增长做出贡献。
  • 提供售后服务与客户支持,确保客户满意。
  • 处理客户投诉,并协助品质部门收集质量反馈。
  • 准备销售报告与市场分析。
  • 收集市场与竞争对手资料,提出新产品建议。
  • 与公司内部部门保持良好沟通与协调。

职位要求
  • 最低学历:SPM(拥有市场营销/商业文凭者优先)。
  • 至少 2 年销售或市场经验(有汽车行业经验者优先)。
  • 良好的沟通、谈判及人际关系技巧。
  • 主动积极、以成果为导向,能独立工作。
  • 能以简单 英语与马来语 沟通与书写。
  • 能说 华语或粤语 者优先录取。
  • 公司将提供交通工具及油费,并需经常出差(东海岸地区)。
