About the role

AZMI & CO (PERAK) SDN BHD' is seeking a talented Building Supervisor to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our commercial properties. As the Building Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities, playing a vital role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise daily building operations, maintenance, and housekeeping activities.
  • Inspect and monitor building facilities, equipment, and common areas regularly.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors, technicians, and cleaning/security staff.
  • Attend to tenants' requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Report maintenance issues, breakdowns, or damages to management and follow up on repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building regulations.
  • Assist in planning and monitoring maintenance schedules and budgets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Building Manager.

What we're looking for

  • Certificate/Diploma in Building Management, Property Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in building or facility supervision.
  • Hands-on knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic report writing.
