Role Overview
The brand & trade executive will support the marketing activities of St. Dalfour fruit jams across the APAC and Oceania regions. This role will assist in reporting, distributor coordination, and marketing execution, while working closely with the global marketing/sales team. Flexibility with working hours is required to accommodate different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Distributor Coordination
- Fixing monthly meetings with distributors
- Liaise with distributors on adaptation of visuals, marketing plans, POSM requests, events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure campaigns balance global brand guidelines with local market needs.
Internal & Global Communication
- Support artwork reviews, communication with the global marketing and order team on approvals, timelines, and materials.
- Follow up on approval processes for POSM, GWPs, events, and trade plans.
- Adapt global assets (packaging, communication materials, visuals) for local use.
Marketing/Trade Marketing Execution & Sales Reporting
- Support the sales team with trade paperwork, documentation, and submissions.
- Consolidate and update marketing and monthly sales reports for tracking purposes.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, sampling programs, and seasonal activations.
- Track campaign performance and ROI to evaluate effectiveness and share learnings for future activities.
- Support planning, and follow up closely with distributor on the implementation of trade marketing activities and in-store displays
Digital and Social Media Support
- Coordinate with distributors or agencies on digital and social media content plans.
- Track online activities (campaigns, influencer collaborations, or e-commerce events)
- Support localization of global digital content for key markets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Comfortable with numbers and reporting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Flexibility to work with teams across different time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience with social media or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with FMCG trade marketing activities (POSM, events, promotions).
