About the role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in sales, technical support, or a related field. You will be responsible for promoting AVK's range of products, building strong customer relationships, and delivering effective technical solutions.

This role offers exposure to international standards and the opportunity to grow within a global organization.

What you'll be doing


• Sales Development: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the assigned region or market segment.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing professional and responsive service.

• Technical Support: Offer product recommendations and solutions to meet customer requirements, including site visits when necessary.

• Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals to secure new business.

• Market Insights: Gather and share market trends, competitor information, and customer feedback for business improvement.

• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Reporting: Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.

What we're looking for


• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Possess a valid driving license and own transport; willing to travel as required.
