Financial Services Sales Role (Full-Time)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.45 AM – 5.45 PM
  • Occasionally on Saturday for events or roadshows

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage walk-in and existing bank customers to promote a range of financial protection and savings products
  • Offer professional consultation and tailored financial solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve individual sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions for professional development

Job Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, banking, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Clean financial background (no bankruptcy or bad debt)

Education Requirements:

  • SPM with at least 5 passes (plus 3 years' sales experience), OR
  • Diploma holder (preferred), OR
  • Degree holder (advantageous for senior roles)

Remuneration & Career Advancement:

  • Executive: RM 2,600 – RM 3,000 (basic)
  • Senior Executive (Trainee): RM 2,800 – RM 3,300 (basic)
  • Senior Executive: RM 2,800 – RM 10,000 (basic + incentives)
