Receptionist cum Admin

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are prepared for use.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Assist in managing office supplies, ordering, and stock monitoring.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors when necessary.
- Support HR/Administration in ad hoc duties and events as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in customer service is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
