  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are prepared for use.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, ordering, and stock monitoring.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors when necessary.
  • Support HR/Administration in ad hoc duties and events as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in customer service is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
