We are seeking an experienced Grocery Supervisor to join our team at KY MAJU MART SDN.BHD. in Kuantan, Pahang. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our grocery department, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and motivate a team of grocery associates to deliver superior customer service
  • Oversee product ordering, inventory management and merchandising to optimise sales and minimise waste
  • Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and operational policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching and training to develop the skills of the grocery team
  • Work closely with other department supervisors to coordinate operations across the store
  • Contribute to the overall success of the business by suggesting ideas for new initiatives and improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
