Senior Executive Business Development and Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from planning through to completion.
  • Support business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, BOQs, and budgets.
  • Enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Guide and manage the Business Administration team, engineers, and technicians across multiple locations.
  • Attend meetings and business presentations, fostering strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Preference for candidates with a Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • Candidates with a Degree in Business Administration or Finance will also be considered.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare technical and commercial documents.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency is an added advantage.
  • Proven management skills with the ability to achieve KPIs in deliverables, business development, and special task assignments.
