Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify sales potentials, evaluate Customers' needs, and assess Competitors' strength and weaknesses.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and physical visits to Customers.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate marketing & sales presentations on products and services provided by Company's Principals.
  • Set up meetings & sales presentations with targeted potential Clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Respond to Customers' market surveys, and prepare & submit quotations, technical & commercial proposals, follow through bid technical & commercial clarifications and negotiation with Clients, until contract award.
  • Ensure the availability of Company's Principals products & services for sales and during contract execution.
  • Handle issues and complaints from Customers, Company's Principals and Suppliers.
  • Effectively lead sale team and collaborate with team members to achieve best results.
  • Gather feedback from Customers or prospects and share within the sales team, management and Company's Principals.
  • Set annual sales goals for the Company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager & Company management.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports on sales targets and revenue.
  • Ensure regular and effective communication and business performance review with Company's Principals and Suppliers.
