The role where decisions actually move numbers: revenue, CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV. If that excites you, keep reading. If not, no hard feelings.What You'll Actually Do:You'll own the paid media performance for multiple e-commerce brands. That means campaign & content strategy, funnel, media buying, finding valuable data insights, reporting, and most importantly — thinking. You'll work closely with our clients and internal team to make sure what we do translates into actual commercial outcomes (not just "nice metrics").Who We Are:Z21 (Zero to One) grows e-commerce/retail brands.Traffic → Conversion → Retention. Simple, but not easy.Note: Performance Marketing is under Traffic.We design and build on Shopify. We scale with paid ads and email. We optimize stores for conversion.We're Meta Business Partners and Shopify Plus Partners.We work with brands like Love Bonito, Photobook, Machines, BloomThis, LUMI Beauty, FILA, L'Occitane and more.No awards. Best players win together.If that sounds harsh, we're not the place for you.If it sounds refreshing, welcome home.The Work Itself:Run paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) for medium-large e-commerce brandsBuild full-funnel campaign structures and budget allocationsAnalyze data (we care about actual insights, not reporting for reporting sake)Run experiments: creative tests, landing page tests, retention loops, etc.Give strategic input on website, content direction, and lifecycle marketingRun competitor research (hint: we have automations, some AI enabled, inhouse to gather insights without manual work)Communicate clearly with clients like you actually respect them (and yourself)Push for outcomes, not excusesWhat We Look For:You think in numbers, not vibesYou can explain your decision-making simply and confidentlyYou like speed and hate complacencyYou can hold yourself accountable without needing babysittingExperience running ads is necessary.But mindset > years worked.If you've run RM50-250k/month budgets before — great.If not, but you learn fast and have receipts to show it — also great.Why Join:Because this industry moves fast.If you join a slow, bloated agency, you'll get left behind.Here, you'll learn in 6 months what most people learn in 2 years.We'll push you.
