Job Description ;

  • Manage and maintain staff files and documentation.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and official phone calls.
  • Maintain employee records (personal files, contracts, payroll data).
  • Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, etc.).
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave records, overtime, and work rosters.
  • Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening resumes, arranging interviews).
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, allowances, claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB in Malaysia context).
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees regarding HR-related matters.

Requirements ;

  • Diploma in a related field
  • Freshie allowed and willing to learn
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High integrity, strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
