The FE is responsible for managing full set of companies' accounts and handling the daily financial matters like cash management, payroll, receivables, payables, banking, record transactions and inventory for Wellesta pharma and nutraceutical companies.

Your role :

Responsible in the month end closing including accounts payable, accounts receivable and all other necessary accruals, reversal and payable.

Responsible for various financial reporting deliverables in accordance with internal policies, financial reporting standards and relevant laws and regulations.

Managing receivables, payable as well monitoring receivable aging listing.

Review accounting data entry, records and journal transactions posted in accounting systems by outsource accounting firm to ensure all accounting and financial transactions records comply with company's policies, accounting standard procedures and related statutory and tax requirements.

Check and to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and integrity process of all financial data, maintain company documents and records systematically and properly.

Prepare for audit reviews, schedules and handling all audit enquiries.

Preparation audit and tax schedules and planning including monthly tax return submission.

Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, legal consultant, regulatory authorities and other related parties to ensure compliance with matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements.

Handle and manage for fund transfers and other cashflow related matters.

Assist Finance Lead to prepare relevant financial reporting deliverables for group reporting purposes.

Participate and assist Finance Lead with various forecast/budget preparation, monitoring and reporting as and when required.

Assist in any ad-hoc projects or activities as assigned.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of finance, preferably working in large multinational company/ pharma in financial controller role or have audit background

Minimum qualification Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA

Familiar with Microsoft Office, SQL accounting software and SAP B1

Strong business acumen, financial analyses and robust problem-solving skillset

Demonstrate excellence in cross functional support, effective communication skill and be able to work in an agile environment

Able to work independently under minimal supervision

Capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
