Location: Demak Laut, Kuching

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturday (Half Day) until 12:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management for construction projects
  • Assist in preparing Material Take-Offs (MTO) and ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Evaluate subcontractor claims and prepare payment certifications
  • Contribute to risk management and ensure timely project delivery within budget
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
  • Participate in supplier and subcontractor negotiations
  • Assist in tender preparation and submission

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Mandarin-speaking preferred for communication purposes
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and eagerness to learn
