Job Responsibilities – Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out)

As a QS for Interior Fit-Out projects, your responsibilities include:

  • Cost Estimation & Budgeting
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and assist in developing project budgets.
  • BOQ Preparation

Produce detailed Bills of Quantities based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements.Manage tender documentation, compare contractor quotations, and provide recommendations.Ensure all contractual terms, scope, and pricing align with project requirements.Review and certify contractors' progress claims through site measurement and verification.Evaluate VOs, monitor cost changes, and maintain overall cost control throughout the project.Prepare and finalize project accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth project close-out.
